Basic Vinaigrette #1

Basic Vinaigrette number 1 or as I like to call it “The best salad dressing. Ever. No. Seriously.”

I use a mason jar for this because it's easy to make extra and store it in your fridge, I don’t like buying dressing in a bottle much anymore because the consistency is a little funny to me and making your own dressing usually requires less than 7 ingredients and less than 7 minutes!  After you make it you can store it in the mason jar in your refrigerator for a few weeks, but it usually doesn't last that long!

Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2-3 cloves garlic pressed or minced finely
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. Honey
A few shakes of crushed red pepper
Salt to taste

Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a jar, I use a pint jar, and shake, shake, shake.

Forget Frank’s Red Hot (just kidding!), when I make this I put this sh*t on everything! It's a little tangy, and a little sweet so it compliments so many things so well.  I love marinating chicken in this and grilling it, or using it on chicken sandwiches with some spring mix or greens too!
